Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

The Platform is a search and directory tool for industrial belts and factories. We help you find companies, show verified public contact details, and let buyers submit targeted inquiries for recording and routing under platform rules. We are not an agent, do not handle payments, and provide no trade or performance guarantee.

2. Where listings come from

Company listings come from self-reporting, join or claim applications, and compiled public sources, each labeled with its verification status. Business email is shown only when published on the company's official website or submitted by a claiming company with permission to publish; we never guess or construct an address. We do not guarantee that every entry is always accurate or current.

3. Your account and submissions

• Registering means you commit that provided information is truthful; join and claim materials must match your license and actual operations — impersonating another company is a material breach.
• One account, one user; keep your password safe — actions under an account are attributed to its owner.
• Applications, claims, surveys and feedback must contain nothing unlawful, infringing, false or harassing. Public company contact details must not be used for spam or harassment.

4. Hard lines

We may suspend or ban accounts and pursue liability for: mass registration or scripted abuse; large-scale scraping outside the interface; using public company contact details for fake, malicious or high-frequency messages; forging join materials or falsely claiming others' companies.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, atlas and data compilation are protected by copyright. Structured data is available via the open API under the conditions (attribution, no verbatim resale, rate limits) listed on the Rules page.

6. AI content

AI answers are model-generated from site and public information, may be wrong, are for reference only, and are not procurement, legal or investment advice. For decisions, rely on direct factory communication and contracts.

7. Changes and interruptions

Features evolve; sections and endpoints may change. For outages caused by maintenance, faults or force majeure we will strive to restore and announce, but accept no liability for indirect losses.

8. Enforcement

For breaches we may warn, limit features, remove content or close the account, notifying you via the contact you left.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Unresolved disputes go to a competent court where the operator is located.
