1. What we collect
- Account: the email you register, an optional nickname and avatar. Passwords are stored encrypted; no staff member can read them.
- What you submit: company listing applications, company claims, surveys and feedback, which may include a company name, contact person and contact details. Business email, phone and website details submitted by a company are shown on its profile only after explicit permission to publish and source verification.
- Chats: your conversation with the AI assistant is saved locally in your browser only, so you can pick it up after a refresh.
2. What never leaves your device
To store as little as possible, the following live only in your browser's local storage and are never uploaded: favorites and comparison lists, work-in-progress drafts, your local survey receipt, the local "claim pending" badges, and interface preferences. The "open email draft" action only opens your own mail client; the message and its delivery never pass through our servers.
3. Where submitted data is stored
Account records and submitted company applications, claims, surveys and feedback are kept on the Platform's own data service solely for review, statistics or replies. Buyer inquiries sent to a company's public business email are never submitted to the Platform and we keep no copy.
4. Who can see your contact details
When you contact a company directly, you decide what name, company and contact details to include in your own email; the Platform cannot see them. Join and claim materials are visible only to reviewers. Business contact details explicitly approved for publication are visible to all visitors with their source or verification date.
5. Do we sell or share data
No. We never sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose only business contact details expressly approved for publication, services you explicitly request, or information required by law.
6. Third-party services
AI answers are generated by a third-party large-language-model service: your question is sent to that service to generate the reply. We do not send your account details, contacts or favorites along with it. AI answers are for reference only and are not procurement or investment advice.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Platform runs no ads and sets no advertising cookies. Local storage is used only for the functional data listed in section 2 and to keep you signed in across refreshes.
8. Retention and your rights
- Account data is kept while the account exists; applications, claims, inquiries, surveys and feedback are retained only as needed for handling, routing and dispute checks, then deleted. Buyer emails sent independently to companies do not pass through the Platform.
- You can edit your nickname and avatar anytime after signing in; local data can be cleared by you anytime in the browser.
- You may request account cancellation, deletion of your submitted records, or a copy of your account data — write to the email below and we will verify and act.
9. Minors
The Platform serves business users and is not for anyone under 18. If we learn we collected a minor's personal data without verifiable guardian consent, we delete it promptly.
10. Changes
When this policy changes, the "updated" date above changes; material changes are announced on-site or via the email you left. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Contact
For any question, objection or deletion request about personal data, email hello@juanyingwang.com with the subject "Privacy" and your account email.
